The Kuchar Brothers are presenting new films at one of their home galleries in downtown San Francisco on Friday night.
Amazingly, i will be in town and it is zero stupid dollars to attend.
Why the fuck aren't you here Jeremy??
An excerpt from Baer Ridgway Exhibitions, apparently i did something right by joining their mailing list.
"Please join BRX and the Kuchar Brothers this Friday at 7pm for a screening of recent films. Both George and Mike will be in attendance and will make introductions on the following films:
George Kuchar
JAMBOREE JOURNEY
PORTRAIT OF GENIE
Mike Kuchar
VORTEX
STOLEN SWEETS
TATTLE TALES
WITCHERY
(Approx. program time: 1 Hour)
This event is free and open to the public.
Film makers, Mike Kuchar and brother George Kuchar began making 8mm movies in the 1950's, later switching over to 16mm film production in the 1960's. Film production has been a continuing process for the Kuchars, working both individually, and collaboratively on short motion pictures in film and digital formats."
More information about both artists can be found online:
