Just watched the documentary For All Mankind. This film should be pre-requisite.
Alot of legendary outer space shots were culled from this 1989 film by Al Reinert,
who also wrote the screenplay for Apollo 13. I kept expecting the eye opening shot
of the shuttle bay doors slowly peaking open above the earth that affected me so
much when I was little. That wasn't in this and must've been much later. This
documentary takes place during the Apollo missions - the last time humans have gone to the moon.
